What they provide is basically a Microsoft Outlook plugin which would help a business traveler book his flight within minutes, instead of the traditional method where he either calls his PA to book or he goes travel site hopping seeing where has the best deals or visit travel search engines.

The idea is pretty cool, as most business people do use the calendar function. But does the service provide the best travel deal for the user? Im not sure, as I havent really tried the plugin. I use Gmail and Google calander. Maybe its a good next step for tripware to work off Google calendar as well
